What is Keyboarding?
Keyboarding is the process of imputting data or text using a keyboard. Operating the keyboard by touch is an essential skill for many careers and a necessary skill for just about any one using a computer.
Course Description: This course is designed for the personal use of keyboarding skill. It is intended for the beginning student and those who have had a minimum of keyboarding instruction. The major objective is to develop touch control of the computer keyboard using proper keyboarding techniques while building speed and accuracy. (2 credits: Prerequisites--None)
